1. Use Supapose responsibly
Use the service lawfully, respect people and their rights, and apply appropriate human review. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, instructions, outputs, and how you publish or distribute generated content.
2. Rights, consent, and privacy
- Do not upload or imitate a person’s face, body, or voice without a lawful basis and any consent required for the intended use.
- Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
- Do not collect, expose, or infer highly sensitive personal information without authorization.
3. Prohibited harmful content
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or grooming and exploitation.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or threatening sexualized deepfakes.
- Content that meaningfully facilitates violence, self-harm, terrorism, illegal weapons, or serious wrongdoing.
- Targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or dehumanization based on protected characteristics.
4. Deception and high-impact uses
- Do not impersonate a real person to defraud, manipulate, harass, or falsely imply endorsement.
- Do not create deceptive political, medical, legal, financial, or emergency content where viewers may reasonably rely on it as authentic.
- Do not use Supapose to make automated high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, healthcare, or legal access.
5. Platform and account abuse
- Do not probe or disrupt systems, distribute malware, scrape restricted data, evade security or rate limits, or reverse engineer protected services except where law expressly permits.
- Do not trade accounts or credits, conceal fraudulent payments, or coordinate abuse across workspaces.
- Do not use automated access unless Supapose expressly provides or authorizes that interface.
6. Publication and disclosure
Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media when context could cause a reasonable person to mistake it for authentic media. Keep records of authorization for commercial likeness, product, music, and brand use.
7. Enforcement and reports
We may remove content, block a generation, restrict features, preserve relevant evidence, suspend an account, or notify authorities when reasonably necessary. Enforcement considers context, severity, history, and available appeal information. Report suspected abuse to support@supapose.ai.
