1. Your agreement with Supapose
By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any purchase terms shown at checkout.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Supapose for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization and are responsible for activity in its workspace.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- Workspace owners and administrators control membership, permissions, templates, and billing for that workspace.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
3. The service
Supapose provides tools that route creative requests to supported models and service providers. Models, features, capacity, processing time, price, and output quality may change. Generated results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to results created for others.
- Preview, beta, and experimental features may change or stop without notice.
- You must review outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.
- Supapose does not promise that an output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular commercial or legal use.
4. Your content and generated outputs
You keep the rights you hold in prompts, uploads, templates, and other material you submit. You give Supapose a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
- You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every upload, including images, voices, likenesses, trademarks, music, and personal data.
- As between you and Supapose, and to the extent allowed by law and provider terms, you may use generated outputs. Copyright or other protection is not guaranteed.
- Connected model providers may process submitted content under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Plans, credits, and payments
Paid access, plan periods, credits, top-ups, upgrades, downgrades, expiration, and refunds follow the Billing & Credits terms and Refund Policy shown before purchase. Payment is complete only after Supapose verifies the provider result.
- Displayed estimates may change when you change a model, quantity, duration, resolution, or other generation setting.
- A generation may consume credits once provider processing begins, even if you later cancel it or dislike the result.
- Taxes, exchange rates, and payment-provider charges may apply where shown.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, infringe rights, or use generated media to deceive or harm people.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Supapose at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or the public; investigate suspected violations; comply with law; or address unpaid or fraudulent activity. Where practical, we will explain the reason and available appeal path.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Supapose disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss. Supapose’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Supapose during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Kuwait will hear disputes unless consumer law requires another forum. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date; material changes may also be communicated in the service.
