The current Supapose checkout uses one-time hosted payments. It does not automatically charge your payment method for a new month.
1. Paid plan periods
A paid plan grants the listed workspace features and included credits for the period shown at checkout. Access begins only after Supapose verifies the payment with the secure payment provider. To continue paid access after the current period, complete a new verified payment when renewal is offered.
- Prices, currency, included credits, and the period end are shown before confirmation.
- An upgrade may charge a prorated amount for the remaining period and takes effect after verification.
- A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the active period unless the checkout states otherwise.
2. What a credit represents
Credits are a service accounting unit used to access generation. They are not money, cannot be transferred outside the workspace, and have no cash value. One Supapose credit currently represents USD 0.001 of modeled provider cost; the displayed generation estimate is the amount charged to your wallet under the current model configuration.
3. Included credits
Included credits belong to the active plan period and expire at that period’s end. Unused included credits do not roll over. A new included balance is granted only after the next plan payment is verified.
4. Purchased top-up credits
Top-up credits are available only to eligible paid workspaces. They expire 30 days after the payment is captured. If paid generation access becomes inactive, an unexpired top-up balance remains recorded but cannot be spent until generation access is restored; its expiration date continues to run.
5. Generation estimates and charges
- The interface shows an estimate when the selected model and settings make one available.
- The final charge follows the accepted generation request and may differ if inputs or provider pricing changed before submission.
- Credits may be committed when processing starts. Stopping a job does not guarantee that provider cost or committed credits can be recovered.
- When more than one eligible credit lot exists, Supapose spends the balance that expires first.
6. Payment processing
Payment details are entered with a secure payment provider. A browser redirect or receipt alone does not activate a purchase: Supapose checks the provider result and records the final status. Failed, cancelled, expired, or unverified attempts do not add plan access or credits.
7. Receipts, disputes, and refunds
Workspace owners can review balance and payment history in Billing. Report a missing entitlement, duplicate charge, or incorrect status to billing@supapose.ai with the workspace email and payment reference. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
